Terms & Conditions

  • No Service Charge for Next 48 hrs if any problem arises due to Refresher Service.
  • No Consumable/Spare Part is included under this service hence will be charged extra.
  • If any part gets damaged during service, no responsibility of Company and cost will be charged if replaced.

In this plan all parts of the unit are covered excluding Breakables such as Storage Tank, Fitting, etc. There will be three routine servicesand replacement of five filters.

Maximum TDS Limit in this plan is 500 Mg/ltr.

Annual Maintenance Contract (Terms & Conditions)

  • Customer will get 4 ‘Refresher Service’, 1st on Inception of AMC, 2nd after 3months, 3rd after 6 months and 4th after 9 Months.
  • No Visit/service Charges are to be paid for 1 year.
  • All Electric/electronic parts will be covered for 1 year.
  • Pre-Filter Candle will be changed on all 4 ‘Refresher service.
  • Sediment Filter will be changed on 1st & 3rd ‘Refresher Service.

Common Terms & Conditions

  • The contract shall not cover visits / replacement of parts under the
    • Damage caused to the equipment due to floods, fire, accident, riot
    • Damage caused to the equipment due to failure to observe the operating instructions & pre-caution as in User's Manual.
    • Defects due to usage of non-recommended spare.
    • Visits for customers re-training or for re-installation at a different
    • Defects /failures resulting from servicing repairs done by a person
    • Where this equipment is under use for more than 8 hours a day
    • In case of increase in input TDS more than described limit.
  • Inspection & test report of the company's office/service centre will be
  • The equipment must be in good working condition. The same to be certified by autorised representative of ORSPL, before this contract becomes effective. The customer shall pay the necessary charges in the first instance for rendering the equipment so workable, for which ORSPL will submit an estimate for approval.
